ITB Berlin has launched the ITB Navigator, a digital platform designed to support matchmaking, appointment scheduling, and event preparation for participants of ITB Berlin 2026, which will take place from 3 to 5 March 2026.
The ITB Navigator is now available to participants of ITB Berlin 2026, providing a digital tool for matchmaking, appointment management, programme searches, and information access. The platform is accessible to trade visitors, buyers, exhibitors, and media representatives who hold a ticket, are members of the ITB Buyers Circle, or have media accreditation. Users can create a personal profile and utilize features, including a new Networking function.
The Networking function enables users to view all registered ITB participants who have activated direct contact on their profiles. The Matchmaking feature provides automated, personalized recommendations based on completed profile information, displaying a relevance indicator and a percentage match for each suggested contact. Users can also manually search participant lists using filters to identify and arrange meetings with potential business partners, press contacts, or leads.
Additional features of the ITB Navigator include access to exhibitor portfolios, exhibitor news, the convention and event programme, an appointment calendar, and an interactive map of the exhibition grounds, which will be available in late January. During the event, geolocation features allow users to display their location on the interactive map and receive information about nearby sessions or events.
From late January, the ITB Berlin app will be available for free download from Google Play and the Apple App Store. The app allows users to log in with the email address used for ticket purchase and access their appointment calendar, contacts from the ITB Navigator, and digital versions of their ITB Berlin and BVG tickets. The app also includes an exhibitor and product directory, an interactive map, and an event programme. Features such as bookmarking and memo functions are included, and all content is available in German and English.
For exhibitors, the ITB Berlin app offers a Lead Scanning add-on that enables team members to scan visitor badges and collect contact information. The collected leads can be consolidated and exported as a file. This function is available as an option through the ITB Berlin Advertising Shop.
ITB Berlin is offering discounted tickets to members of the AER, ASR, DRV, forum anders reisen, HSMA, TSS, VDVO, and VIR associations, with an unlimited pass priced at 65 euros instead of the regular 80 euros. Trade visitors, students, and exhibitors can also purchase reduced-rate public transport tickets (fare zones ABC) as an extra through the online ticket shop, in cooperation with Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG). A BVG ticket is valid for the same period as a trade visitor pass, and a day ticket to ITB includes an all-day BVG ticket.
Online accreditation for press representatives and bloggers is available; approved applicants receive a PDF containing their accreditation, a press badge, and a personal QR code for event entry.
