ITB India 2026 will take place from 1–3 September at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, bringing together professionals from the MICE, Leisure, Corporate, and Travel Technology sectors for business meetings, networking, and conference sessions.
ITB India 2026 is set for 1 to 3 September 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, moving up from its previously scheduled dates of 2 to 4 September. The three-day B2B trade show and conference will be held alongside MICE Show India and Travel Tech India.
The fourth in-person edition of ITB India will operate under the theme “Future of Travel, Built Together.” The event will unite professionals from the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), Leisure, Corporate, and Travel Technology sectors in a focused trade environment.
ITB India 2026 is expected to feature more than 100 exhibitors and over 3,000 participants from around the world. The event will host more than 400 buyers from India and South Asia, providing targeted business opportunities for international and national exhibitors.
More than 80 industry experts will speak at the ITB India Conference 2026, delivering over 1,400 minutes of content across a range of sessions covering current trends and developments in the travel industry.
Exhibitor registration is open, with Super Early Bird rates available until 15 May 2026. Exhibitors will have access to the exhibition floor, all conference sessions, and up to 33 pre-scheduled meetings with qualified buyers, as well as direct engagement with decision-makers from the MICE, Corporate, and Leisure sectors.
Buyer registration is also open. Professionals from the MICE, Corporate, and Leisure sectors can apply for the Hosted Buyers’ Programme to participate in the event and explore new business opportunities.
ITB India 2026 will be co-located with MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, expanding business and networking opportunities for attendees.
Other ITB events in 2026 and 2027 include ITB China in Shanghai from 26 to 28 May 2026, ITB Asia in Singapore from 21 to 23 October 2026, the inaugural ITB Americas in Guadalajara, Mexico, from 10 to 12 November 2026, and ITB Berlin from 16 to 18 March 2027.
