Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale announced the appointment of Jerome Arribas as general manager. Arribas assumes the leadership role following a career with Four Seasons properties in various international locations.

Arribas began his career with Four Seasons as Assistant Director of Purchasing at the company’s Bahamas property. He has since held leadership and task force roles at several Four Seasons locations, including Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Seychelles, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, and the former Four Seasons Resort Exuma at Emerald Bay.

His previous positions include hotel manager at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston, where he was involved in the hotel’s operations during its early years. Arribas later served as general manager at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, overseeing resort operations.

Arribas is now in his tenth assignment with Four Seasons. In his new role at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s operations. The property, which opened in 1999, is located in the Sonoran Desert near Scottsdale, Arizona.

No changes to the resort’s facilities or operations were announced in connection with the appointment. The company did not disclose additional details regarding the transition timeline or any strategic initiatives associated with the leadership change.
