Joe Lando is having some fun with his fans — and proving that he’s still got it goin’ on at 63.

The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star recently shared a cheeky shirtless photo on Instagram after a workout. Posing in a tiny mirror across the room, he captioned it:

“As long as there’s a floor in the room, I have somewhere to work out and keep this 63-year-old body ready for action. 🤓❤️…”

When the comments started rolling in, Lando jumped right into the banter himself, leaving a playful message under his own post:

“You do the zoom 😘.”

That was all it took for fans to confess that they had indeed zoomed in. “I did ❤️,” one admitted, while another chimed in, “I admit it, I did the zoom! 👍🏻 😁 ❤️ 💛 💚.”

Others were even bolder:

“You’re killing me!” wrote one fan, and another fan added, “When someone is cool, he is cool at any age, and you’re proof of that! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

“Omg🥵 🔥 I should NOT be thinking what I am thinking. You are a married man! But thank you. 😇,” joked a third.

Lando also took the time to answer a fan who asked if he still does his own stunts like he famously did on Dr. Quinn. He replied, “Of course, but they don’t have me doing very many stunts anymore. 🤓 ❤️.”

Joe Lando’s Decades-Long Bond With Jane Seymour

The Instagram moment is just the latest reminder that Lando still has the charisma that made him a household name in the 1990s. On Dr. Quinn, his rugged Byron Sully became an instant fan favorite opposite Jane Seymour’s Dr. Michaela Quinn.

Offscreen, Lando and Seymour forged a friendship that has endured for more than 30 years. When Lando and his family lost their house in the Palisades fire, Seymour didn’t hesitate to take in Lando, his wife, five other family members, two dogs and two pet birds.

At the time, he posted an emotional video to Instagram where he detailed Seymour’s generous assistance.

“I just wanted to let everybody know who’s been reaching out and trying to find out how things are with us here in the Palisades — the Lando family is intact, all of us and our dogs and our two birds,” said Lando, adding, “Thankfully, there are angels in this world. You know, we are left with nothing, except each other. My friend Jane Seymour allowed us to come up to her house and opened it up for us without any hesitation, and, thank God, gave us some place to come and sleep.”

From Dr. Quinn to Harry Wild

Now, fans will get to see the two co-stars back together onscreen. Acorn TV recently announced that Lando is joining Seymour for season 5 of her mystery series Harry Wild, set to film in Ireland and debut in 2026. Seymour plays a retired English professor-turned-amateur sleuth, and Lando has been cast as “Pierce Kennedy,” the new State Pathologist who becomes an ally for Wild.

Dr. Quinn fans will just have to settle for that on-screen reunion, though the two stars have said they are “trying” to get a Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman revival going.
