MMGY Global, a leading integrated marketing agency focused on the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors, has appointed Justin Farmer as its Chief Growth Officer. The promotion was effective January 2. Farmer, who has been with the company for 14 years and was previously an Executive Vice President, has over 20 years of experience in integrated marketing and business strategy.

CEO of MMGY Global, Katie Briscoe, expressed her enthusiasm about Farmer’s appointment. She stated that Farmer’s passion for client success and his collaborative leadership style will bring a new energy to the team. As Chief Growth Officer, Farmer will use his industry knowledge to drive revenue growth and solidify MMGY Global’s standing as a leader in travel and hospitality marketing.

Farmer will manage a team of 15 professionals across the Americas and EMEA divisions. His responsibilities will include strategic business development, cultivating innovative partnerships, organizing high-profile events, contributing to thought leadership, and reinforcing the agency’s positioning. Under Farmer’s direction, MMGY has secured significant accounts with well-known brands like Hyatt, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, and Pure Michigan.

Farmer joined MMGY Global in 2010 and has played critical roles in integrated marketing, creative, and strategy. He has led innovative campaigns for various travel brands, including Lufthansa, Costa Rica Tourism, and Visit KC, which have deepened his understanding of global travel and hospitality complexities. Farmer is excited about guiding MMGY Global into its next growth phase and enhancing its reputation as the top partner for transformative results in travel and hospitality.

Farmer, a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, holds a board position at HSMAI Americas and serves as Board President for Camp Encourage, a Kansas City nonprofit.
