Kelsea Ballerini is giving fans the lowdown on what she thinks about working on The Voice.

During a candid Q&A that she held on Instagram earlier this week, the “Love Me Like You Mean It” songstress was asked about her new role on the NBC reality singing competition series, and she didn’t hold back with her response.

“How has being a coach on The Voice been?” the fan asked in a post Ballerini shared to her Instagram Story on Thursday, Sept. 19, to which Ballerini replied with a video of herself seated in the show’s iconic red swivel chair hanging out with her co-star, Michael Bublé.

“You know, some people take their work very seriously,” the 31-year-old began in the clip before panning over to the “Feeling Good” crooner, who was walking towards her holding a hockey stick. “And some people are just over here playing games.”

“Woo hoo!” Bublé, 49, exclaimed while pretending to ride the hockey stick like a horse and getting the crowd all riled up.

“You see what I mean?” Ballerini said with a laugh, clarifying in text on the screen that she is “loving every second.”

As Parade previously reported, Ballerini will be one of four coaches in Season 27 of The Voice, joining Bublé, John Legend and Adam Levine. She was previously a Season 16 battle advisor for Kelly Clarkson and later made a guest appearance as a fill-in coach when the American Idol alum was sick during Season 20.

Since we’re only gearing up for the premiere of Season 26 of The Voice, much about Season 27 is still unknown, though viewers are most likely looking at a Spring 2025 premiere in its usual Monday 8 p.m. ET/PT timeslot with the latest episodes made available to stream the next day on Peacock.
