The Kempinski Residences Bayil Bay, a luxury residential project, is set to open in Baku, Azerbaijan, in 2025. Baku City Residences, a prominent Azerbaijani real estate company, is developing the project, which is currently being finalized. The company has completed seven other residential projects so far, totaling over 2,500 homes, and has five more projects in the works.
The new project will feature 37 private residences available for full ownership. The residences will range from 249 to 436.6 square meters in size and will be categorized into five different categories. Each residence will have spacious private terraces and a dedicated team of hosts from Kempinski.
In addition to the residences, the development will also feature luxury retail spaces on three floors, a private lounge area with meeting spaces, a gym, video conferencing room, and a fine-dining restaurant with outdoor terraces overlooking Bayil Bay. The building will also house a spa and fitness center, managed by an international brand, and a parking garage equipped with electric car charging points and a car wash station.
The project is near some of Baku’s most iconic attractions, including the Old City, Maiden Tower, and the Azerbaijani National Carpet Museum. Baku, accessed via Heydar Aliyev International Airport, hosts several international sporting and cultural events, including the annual Baku International Jazz Festival and the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
