KFC’s menu is continuing to bloom this spring.
On Monday, the fried chicken chain revealed that it would not only be reviving its popular Chicken & Waffles entrée, it would also be adding something even sweeter—and completely new to its menus.

Inspired by seasonal flavors, KFC has added Strawberry & Crème Pie Poppers to its growing lineup of sweet and buttery comfort food items. While it’s not the Oreo collab fans have been begging for, the brand promises it to be a “sweet newcomer.”
The new Strawberry & Crème Pie Poppers are essentially bite-sized mini pies that, according to an official description, feature the seasonal favorite flavor duo “strawberry and cream filling” that’s engulfed in “a flaky crust.”
If that all sounds familiar, it’s because KFC launched a cherry version in the fall of 2024 with the same name (McDonald’s also makes a hand pie version). And just like the past Pie Poppers, we don’t expect this pastry item to stick around for very long.
KFC’s new Strawberry & Crème Pie Poppers are available in a four or 10-count at participating locations nationwide while supplies last. The company is also offering a savory dupe to a once-popular international item, the new Mashed Potato Pie Poppers, for a limited time.
