Loews Hotels & Co has announced the appointment of Kristie Goshow as its new Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing various strategic areas including sales and marketing.
Loews Hotels & Co has appointed Kristie Goshow as its Chief Commercial Officer. In her new role, Goshow will manage the company’s commercial strategy with responsibilities covering sales, hotel marketing, revenue management, meetings and events, brand communications, e-commerce, distribution, digital marketing, and the customer engagement center. Her focus will be on driving top-line revenue, strengthening customer relationships, increasing direct bookings, and enhancing brand awareness across Loews’ 27 properties.
Goshow brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry to Loews Hotels. Her previous role was Chief Commercial Officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group, where she managed sales, revenue strategy, and marketing. She has also held senior positions at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Viceroy Hotel Group, Sabre, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien, and Utell (Pegasus). Her career began in travel logistics with MSAS and included a role as Area Sales Manager at Virgin Atlantic.
Loews Hotels & Co, headquartered in New York City, operates 27 hotels and resorts across the United States, including properties at Universal Orlando Resort.
