The property is located off Highway 75, providing easy access to destinations like Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino, and Brandon Ice Sports Forum. Thanks to its prime location, the 128-room hotel receives business from a diverse population of both business and leisure segments.
- Corporate-Owned La Quinta Inn & Suites – Opportunity to acquire a corporate-owned,128-room, five-story, La Quinta Inn & Suites that is located in Brandon – the heart of the fastest-growing region in the Tampa MSA.
- Management Upside – The La Quinta will be delivered unencumbered of management. Due to the current operator’s national scale, this project presents significant potential upside for a more hands-on owner operator to enhance its market share and operational performance in the coming years.
- No PIP Required until January 2028 – The hotel will be delivered with no PIP required for the new ownership until January 2028.
