Langham Hospitality Group has appointed Michele Grosso as Regional Vice President, Operations, U.S., effective February 1, 2026, while he continues as Managing Director of The Langham, Boston.
Langham Hospitality Group has appointed Michele Grosso as Regional Vice President, Operations, U.S., effective February 1, 2026. Grosso will continue to serve as Managing Director of The Langham, Boston, in addition to his new regional responsibilities.
In his expanded role, Grosso will oversee hotel operations across the Group’s U.S. portfolio, which includes The Langham Hotels and Resorts and the Eaton brands. He will work with Managing Directors and General Managers to enhance guest experience, support commercial objectives, and maintain brand standards.
Grosso joined Langham Hospitality Group in 2019 as Managing Director of The Langham, Boston, where he led the hotel following its renovation. He brings more than 28 years of luxury hotel experience, including senior operational roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts at properties in Chicago, Toronto, Punta Mita, Milan, Prague, and Singapore.
