The Link on Wascana closes on March 1st, so Tuesday is your last chance.
“This is the second year the rink has been open. We will turn the maintenance over to Saskbuilds and our procurement contractors,” said Lauren Hope, Wascana Center’s visitor services supervisor.
Hope said the rink has been busy throughout the season, even during the cold spells of recent months.
“We are excited to open the rink again in 2024. Public skating will always be one of our biggest, but we are excited to try out different ICE events and activities such as broomball, sledding, hockey rinks and DJs.” We want to invite people,” Hope said.
She added that she aims to make it even bigger and better next year.
