Le Doge was facing several challenges in increasing its visibility and maximizing revenue in a highly competitive market. The hotel aimed to strengthen its e-commerce performance to increase online conversions, with a focus on direct bookings, to reduce its reliance on OTAs. The key objective was to implement a targeted digital strategy supported by a high-performing new website to maximize direct reservations.


THE SOLUTION

Cendyn designed a bespoke new website for Hôtel Le Doge, with a strong focus on elegant, immersive design to immediately capture visitors’ attention. To enhance the online experience, a video showcasing the hotel’s highlights was integrated, immersing visitors in the hotel’s unique atmosphere and helping them better envision their stay at Le Doge.

The hotel’s offers and services were strategically highlighted to encourage incremental conversions. The website was optimized with impactful visuals and smooth navigation, ensuring an optimal user experience that encourages direct bookings. The objective was to captivate and retain visitors on the hotel’s official website and, most importantly, convert them into guests by prioritizing direct reservations.


THE RESULTS

From January to September 2025, Hôtel Le Doge delivered impressive results compared to the same period the previous year. The website generated a 64% increase in revenue, driven by a 25% rise in conversions and a 40% improvement in the overall conversion rate.

At the same time, the average order value increased by 31%, highlighting the effectiveness of the new digital strategy in driving direct bookings and maximizing revenue. These results demonstrate the success of the website optimization and Cendyn’s efforts to strengthen the hotel’s online presence.
