Dyan Cannon, best known for her Oscar-nominated role in the hit film Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, was recently spotted out in Los Angeles—though the actress was almost unrecognizable.
On May 28, Cannon made a rare appearance at a local Los Angeles farmers’ market, dressed in a blue tracksuit and black fedora as she browsed a stall selling sunglasses.
In photos obtained by Irish Star, she can be seen trying to stay under the radar as she walked her dog through the market.
The 1970s icon has largely maintained a low profile in recent years. While she has occasionally been seen out and about in LA, red carpet appearances have been few and far between.
However, that changed earlier this year when Cannon attended the 10th Annual Hollywood Beauty Awards in April 2025. During the event, she opened up to PEOPLE about her dating life.

When asked if she was seeing anyone, the Heaven Can Wait star replied, “Somebody very special—or shall I say, several special [people]… I have friends with benefits, yes.”
Cannon has had several high-profile relationships, most famously her marriage to Cary Grant. The couple wed in 1965 and were together until their divorce in 1968. They had one child together.
“My private scars are no longer open for inspection,” Cannon told PEOPLE in 1977. “Cary and I went through our own hell. Now we’ve become good friends.”
Before her romance with Grant, Cannon was involved with The Tonight Show host Johnny Carson. During a CBS News interview earlier this year, the 88-year-old actress reflected on both relationships, drawing comparisons between the two men.
“Cary was more of an enigma. Much more of a, ‘Can I approach him or can’t I?’ But people would approach Johnny as if he were family. There was nobody as big a star as Johnny.”
