Lindsey Vonn is showing off the newest member of her family, and it’s safe to say he’s very cute.

The four-time World Cup champion skier said goodbye to her beloved dog Lucy back in March. She was a constant companion for Vonn, who often took the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with her on ski trips. Sadly, Lucy died after suffering kidney failure, leaving Vonn devastated about the loss of her pup.

But now, Vonn has a new love in her life as she introduces Chance Vonn, also a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Clearly, she has a soft spot for the breed.

The Olympic downhill ski medalist shared a carousel of photos and videos of herself and her new puppy on Instagram. In the caption, she wrote, “Meet Chance Vonn❤️ the newest member of the family. After losing Lucy I had a very hard time… I wasn’t sure what I would do next… but I saw his face and I knew it was meant to be. Thankful for this blessing 🙏🏻.”

In the carousel of photos and videos, we see Vonn smiling brightly as she holds Chance. In other photos, we see him sleeping peacefully, both alone and snuggled up to his new mom. A video shows the adorable puppy trotting down an empty road and playing in a grassy yard with her other dog, Leo.

The comments section quickly filled up with fans who are gushing over the cuteness overload. One wrote, “Linds hes so cute!!! Lucy 100% sent him to you🤍🤍🤍.”

Another shared similar sentiment, writing, “lucy sent him to you❤️🥹.”

A third commenter echoed that, writing, “Looks like this wasn’t by chance for either of you. Looks like Lucy found the perfect dog and it seems Chance has claimed you his human already. Enjoy all the love and blessings he will bring, because that’s what dogs do best.”

Someone else wrote, “Best dog breed ever 🥰 Congrats!!!😍.”

Yet another said, “Adorable!!❤️I can see why you fell in love!”
