LivAway Suites has commenced construction on a new extended-stay hotel in Tucson, Arizona, marking its fourth location in the state within six months, with an expected opening in Summer 2026.

LivAway Suites has started construction on a new extended-stay hotel located at 1680 E Tucson Market Place Blvd. in Tucson, Arizona. This development represents the brand’s fourth location in Arizona within the past six months. The new property is scheduled to open in Summer 2026.

The Tucson location is strategically positioned near Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and the University of Arizona, serving the needs of military personnel, university guests, and visiting families. The area is also near healthcare facilities, including Banner University Medical Center South, St. Mary’s Hospital, and the Tucson VA Medical Center, which may benefit healthcare travelers, such as medical professionals and patient families.

The hotel aims to cater to extended-stay travelers by offering amenities such as tech-enabled laundry facilities, secure package lockers, and self-service kiosks. Each unit will include full kitchens and living spaces designed for comfort during longer stays.

The development is part of LivAway Suites’ broader expansion strategy in Arizona, facilitated by its strategic development partner, West77 Partners. West77 Partners recently established its headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, reinforcing the state’s role as a central hub for LivAway Suites’ growth plans. The company plans to open more than a dozen new hotels across Arizona in the coming years.

The Tucson property is expected to serve the local business community, including major employers like Raytheon and Caterpillar Inc., which collectively employ over 12,000 professionals in the area. This expansion aligns with LivAway Suites’ objective to meet the growing demand for extended-stay accommodations in regions with strong economic activity.
