LivAway Suites, a hotel brand focused on extended stays, has opened its second location in Richland, Washington. The company launched in 2023 and focuses on providing comfortable, affordable extended stay options across the United States.

Kevin Dailey, Chief Operating Officer of LivAway Suites, stated that the Richland location is part of their larger mission to elevate the standard of economy extended stay accommodations. He emphasized that the hotel is designed to provide value without compromising quality.

The new hotel was developed by West77 Partners, a firm specializing in developing economy extended-stay hotels. The President of West77 Partners, Dan Barrett, revealed plans to build 10-15 more LivAway Suites hotels in Washington state in the future.

LivAway Suites launched in Salt Lake City earlier this year, and it exceeded expected demand. Given the area’s need for modern, extended-stay accommodations, the company believes the Tri-Cities area is a promising location for expansion.

LivAway Suites’ business model is developer-centric, focusing on transparent fee structures and the profitability of each hotel. It caters to cost-conscious travelers looking for functional accommodations with essential amenities. This approach has already succeeded with its first West Jordan, Utah property.

The company aims to have 50 hotels open or under construction by the end of 2026.
