LivAway Suites Launches Third Hotel in November, Expanding to Missoula, Montana

LivAway Suites, a national extended-stay hotel brand, has announced the opening of its newest location at 3455 W Broadway St, Missoula, Montana. This marks the third hotel the company has opened in November and the fourth overall. The company aims to offer affordable and comfortable accommodations across the country.

Missoula has been attracting more remote workers, adding to its over 125,000 residents. Kevin Dailey, Chief Operating Officer of LivAway Suites, highlighted the potential of the new location, noting that the company’s mission is to offer an enhanced extended-stay experience for travelers, including digital nomads and employees of major tourism, recreation, and healthcare companies in Missoula.

Research from The University of Montana’s Institute for Tourism and Recreation indicates that 12.5 million people visited Montana in 2022 and 2023. The city’s thriving economy and cultural attractions make it a strategic location for LivAway Suites’ fourth location. The city’s main economic drivers include major institutions such as Saint Patrick Hospital and the University of Montana.

Dailey stated that each new hotel opening underlines LivAway Suites’ commitment to redefine value for guests and developers. The company’s expansion into Missoula aligns with its strategy to integrate into economically prosperous communities, catering to workforce and tourism needs.

LivAway Suites is planning significant growth to have 50 locations open or under construction by late 2026. The recent openings place it nationally at the forefront of new extended-stay hotel brands.
