London Named The World’s Top Destination For 2025 By TripAdvisor – Here’s the Full List, Canada Reviews

Tripadvisor’s annual Traveller’s Choice Awards just dropped for 2025, providing a whole lot of travel inspiration for the year ahead. The awards crown the ‘Best of the Best Destinations’ globally, ranking everything from honeymoon spots to the best places for solo travel – but which place, exactly, do they deem to be the best of the best… of the best?

Well, that would be London, which topped the list of the world’s top destinations on the entire planet.

That’s right, the UK capital, with all its galleries, theatres, history, restaurants, bars, pubs, and general top-tier vibes sits at the top of the list, stealing the spotlight from Dubai, which has held the position since 2022. 

According to Tripadvisor, one reviewer called London ‘the greatest city on the planet’, while another described it as ‘a destination that you can come back to again and again and continue to enjoy its delights’ – now that is some high praise. 

Bali also came in ahead of Dubai, but the UAE’s largest city still claimed third place – check out the rest of the list below.
