The Luxury Collection has announced the opening of The Sira, a luxury resort and spa in Indonesia’s West Nusa Tenggara province. Located 90 minutes from Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, the resort offers direct access to the pristine sands of Sire Beach. The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Lombok is the brand’s third property in Indonesia, joining The Laguna and TA’AKTANA.
The Sira is designed to deliver unforgettable experiences, incorporating Lombok’s rich history, vibrant contemporary culture, and breathtaking natural beauty. “The resort is set to become Lombok’s newest gem,” said Philipp Weghmann, Vice President and Global Brand Leader, The Luxury Collection.
The resort is in a picturesque setting, framed by a white-sand beach overlooking Mount Agung. Local attractions such as Tiu Kelep Waterfall, Bayan Old Mosque, and Sukarara Weaving Village are within reach. Designed by IU Design, the resort’s interiors honor the island’s heritage and showcase local craftsmanship. The design incorporates wooden materials complemented by natural light to create a tranquil environment.
The Sira features 46 suites and 14 pool villas, each presenting a sophisticated blend of modern luxury. The resort’s Beach House is a three-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool and direct beach access. The Presidential Suite offers a two-story sanctuary with a rooftop infinity pool and three bedrooms for the ultimate retreat.
The resort offers diverse culinary experiences across its three restaurants and bar. The Island’s Table offers a variety of delicacies, Sija serves Asian specialties, Medsa showcases Mediterranean flavors, and Glossary offers a cocktail menu inspired by local spirits.
Guests can keep active at the 24/7 Fitness Center or swim in the outdoor infinity pool. The Spa offers a variety of treatments and private rooms. The resort is also equipped to host private events, with a dedicated event space that can accommodate up to 100 guests.
