Mandarin Oriental has announced a series of senior leadership appointments aimed at strengthening key areas of its business as part of its ongoing transformation strategy.
The company has appointed Christian Gradnitzer as Group Director of Food & Beverage. Gradnitzer has 30 years of international leadership experience, having previously held senior positions with Hilton International and the Jumeirah Group. His role will involve shaping dining concepts to support brand development.
Raphael Bick has been named Chief Information Officer. Bick brings over two decades of experience in technology and digital innovation. He will oversee the company’s modernization and personalization initiatives, having previously worked as a Partner and Asia Leader of Technology at McKinsey & Company.
Kandé Camara has been appointed Chief of Staff to the CEO and Group Director of Sustainability. Her career includes roles in finance, luxury, and hospitality, with a focus on sustainability. Camara will advance the company’s environmental, social, and governance commitments.
Emlyn Brown joins as Group Director of Spa, Leisure and Wellness. With more than 25 years of experience in wellness innovation, Brown will lead the development of the company’s wellness strategy. He previously led the global well-being strategy for the Luxury Division at Accor.
These appointments are part of Mandarin Oriental’s strategy to enhance its competitive position and improve guest loyalty across its global portfolio. The company aims to translate its strategic vision into measurable outcomes by 2025.
