Marilyn Denis announces end to ‘The Marilyn Denis Show’

Toronto –

Daytime television mainstay Marilyn Dennis has said her long-running series, The Marilyn Dennis Show, will end in June of this year.

veteran broadcaster announced the news this morning On her CTV talk show after 34 years on daily daytime television.

Dennis, 64, says he will continue his radio gigs as co-host of the weekday morning slots of CHUM 104.5 in Toronto, which he has done since 1986.

She also continues to host “Marilyn Denis Does a Podcast.”

Denis hosted the eponymous entertainment and lifestyle series for 13 seasons and, prior to that, helmed Citytv’s daily show, ‘Cityline’ for nearly 20 years.

According to CTV, the series will celebrate Denise’s career with special guests, viewer surprises and highlights beginning May 8, culminating in a farewell episode on June 9.
