Mariska Hargitay is getting ready for the exciting Tribeca Festival premiere of her new documentary, My Mom Jayne, on Friday, June 13, and the showing will mark another exciting milestone in her career.
The Law & Order: Special Victims Unitactress posted about the special moment on Instagram on June 12, sharing personal photos of herself standing on stage at Carnegie Hall, where the screening will take place.

“A prayer answered. A dream come true. A wish fulfilled,” she called the moment in the caption. “This was the day I made the decision to premiere My Mom Jayne at @carnegiehall I am so excited to share this story with you.”
In the two black-and-white photos, Hargitay appeared happy yet in awe as she looked around at the historic venue. After the screening on Friday, Hargitay will also be onstage for a conversation with director, actor and producer Griffin Dunne.

While My Mom Jayne is having its North American premiere at the Tribeca Festival, fans from all over will finally be able to watch it on Max on June 27.
