The Miami Marlins and The Cordish Companies have announced a partnership to develop an entertainment hub called Miami Live! at the loanDepot park. The project is expected to enhance the ballpark experience with indoor-outdoor dining and entertainment spaces. It will also offer community programs for all ages throughout the year.

The development of Miami Live! is set to open by 2026 and aims to foster community engagement and improve the fan experience. The project, a collaboration with The Cordish Companies, a well-known developer-operator in the United States, is expected to create new jobs and improve the quality of life in the Little Havana neighborhood. Miami Live! is designed to be a sustainable and inclusive space, featuring energy-efficient lighting, accessible pathways, and community art installations. The official opening is anticipated for early 2026.
