Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Indian Hotels Company have formed a partnership to integrate their loyalty programs, offering reciprocal benefits to members globally.
Millennium Hotels & Resorts (MHR) and Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) have entered into a strategic partnership to integrate their loyalty programs, MyMillennium and Taj InnerCircle, into NeuPass. This collaboration aims to provide enhanced travel and stay benefits to members worldwide.
Under the terms of the partnership, members of Taj InnerCircle will gain access to MHR’s global portfolio, which includes over 145 hotels across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. These members will receive a 10% discount on the Best Flexible Rate at participating Millennium properties. Conversely, MyMillennium members will enjoy a similar 10% discount on stays at participating Taj hotels globally.
The partnership is part of MHR’s strategy to expand its international presence and strengthen its loyalty ecosystem. The collaboration with IHCL, which operates the Taj Hotels & Resorts brand, reflects a shared commitment to delivering greater value and choice to travelers in key markets.
Millennium Hotels & Resorts is headquartered in Singapore and operates a diverse portfolio of hotels across multiple regions. The integration of loyalty programs is expected to enhance the member experience by offering seamless, reciprocal benefits across both hotel portfolios.
This development comes as MHR marks its 30th anniversary, highlighting its ongoing evolution and commitment to forging alliances with other hospitality leaders. The partnership with IHCL is seen as a strategic move to strengthen MHR’s presence in India and other global markets.
The collaboration enables members to access a wide range of accommodations, from luxury hotels such as The Biltmore Los Angeles to urban retreats like the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, as well as Taj’s iconic city hotels and resorts in India and beyond. This integration aims to provide members with exceptional stays in sought-after destinations worldwide.
