Minor Hotels has opened its first hotel in Peru, nhow Lima, marking a strategic expansion in the Americas.

Minor Hotels has officially opened nhow Lima, its first property in Peru, as part of its regional expansion strategy. The hotel, which began operations on August 1, is located in the Miraflores district of Lima. The location is approximately a 35-minute drive from Jorge Chávez International Airport and is close to several of Lima’s major tourist attractions, providing convenient access for both leisure and business travelers.

The nhow Lima hotel features 243 rooms spread over 13 floors. It is part of the nhow brand, which is known for integrating art, design, and technology into its properties. The hotel includes various amenities aimed at enhancing guest experiences, such as a fine dining restaurant, Zónico, located on the third floor. This restaurant offers a menu that blends regional ingredients with Peruvian produce, providing a contemporary take on Latin American cuisine.

On the 13th floor, nhow Lima features Pagano, a bar designed to become a central hub for Lima’s nightlife. The bar combines design, music, and mixology to reflect the city’s vibrant cultural scene. Additionally, the hotel offers an outdoor pool bar on the same floor, providing a place for guests to relax while enjoying views of the city.

The hotel places a significant focus on the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment. It features eleven multifunctional event spaces equipped with modern technology. These venues are designed to meet the growing demand in Lima for innovative meeting spaces that encourage creativity and collaboration. The hotel aims to provide a venue for high-impact meetings, networking events, brand launches, and executive gatherings.
