Montreal Canadiens star Brendan Gallagher and Emma Fortin have officially tied the knot, and it’s safe to say that the wedding was nothing short of magical.
The duo got engaged a year ago this month, after Gallagher dropped down to one knee during a summer trip over to Whistler, British Columbia — the same destination Fortin’s parents got engaged.
Gallagher and Fortin d their engagement online, sharing moments from their engagement party, bachelorette trips, Fortin’s bridal shower, the rehearsal dinner and finally, the happy couple have said their ‘I do’s.”
While the wedding location has yet to be specified, it did take place in Montreal at a stunning Victorian-esque venue draped in white decor and lighting fixtures galore.
A slew of Montreal Canadiens players were present in celebration of the newlyweds including Carey and Angela Price, Nick Suzuki and his fiancé Caitlin Fitzgerald, as well as Cole Caufield, Sam Montembault, Jake Evans, and Christian Dvorak, to name a few.
Fortin shared a handful of photos to her Instagram Stories, as well as a video of her at the lavish ceremony. The night included tons of dancing, mingling, and of course, a cutting of the cake moment, which Fortin also shared online.
While official wedding photos have yet to drop, there’s no doubt that they will turn out stunning.
