New Boutique Hotel Magdalena 1163 Opens in Puerto Rico

Magdalena 1163 has opened a new boutique hotel in Condado, featuring 10 suites and a range of amenities.

Magdalena 1163 has launched a new boutique hotel in Suan Juan’s Condado district. The four-story property includes ten suites available in Studio, Deluxe, Junior Suite, and two-bedroom configurations. Each suite is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a microwave, Nespresso machine, and refrigerator. Additional features include layered lighting and ceiling wallpaper.

The hotel features art pieces that reflect Caribbean culture, with works by Rogative, Bernardo Medina, and Cundo Bermúdez. The rooftop area features a lounge with an indoor section and an open-air terrace, which can accommodate events for up to 40 people. A meeting room is also available for up to 10 participants, equipped with presentation technology.

Guest amenities include a gym, continental breakfast, a snack-and-beverage lounge, parking, car rental, and laundry services. The hotel uses the Kipsu platform for 24/7 communication between guests and staff to manage requests efficiently.

The hotel is near the beach and partners with local restaurants to provide guests with access to nearby dining options. The property’s renovation cost $7 million, and the hotel currently employs six staff members.
