Commonwealth Hotels and Corporex, a Covington, Kentucky-based hotel management company, recently celebrated the official grand opening of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house event. City officials, clients, and guests attended the ceremony to commemorate the opening. The hotel is at 201 W 4th Street in Newport, Kentucky, within the Ovation Development.
City leaders, local officials, hotel executives, and investors gathered to commemorate the newest addition to the Newport community. The hotel, managed by Commonwealth Hotels and owned by Corporex and various partners, offered guided tours of its state-of-the-art amenities and signature hospitality that Homewood Suites is known for.
Brian Jungling, general manager of Homewood Suites Newport Cincinnati, expressed his excitement about the opening. “Our extended-stay accommodations, spacious suites, and top-tier amenities are designed to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for both business and leisure travelers,” he said.
Following the ribbon-cutting, guests enjoyed a networking reception with light refreshments while exploring the hotel’s luxurious suites, modern fitness center, business hub, and inviting communal spaces. The event also provided a sneak peek at the region’s newest rooftop bar HighNote, which offers views of the Cincinnati skyline.
