Kempinski Hotels S.A. has entered into a management agreement with R.E.D. Real Estate Development GmbH for luxury residences in Azerbaijan. The residences, branded as ‘The ONE,’ are located in the capital city of Baku and are scheduled to open by the end of 2025.
The Kempinski-managed residences will provide a wide range of high-end services, including concierge, security, and housekeeping. Residents can also access a private fitness center, spa facilities, and an indoor swimming pool.
R.E.D. Real Estate Development GmbH is a Germany-based international real estate development company that specializes in high-end residential projects and commercial properties.
