You’re Invited to Shadow Theatre’s Production of The Two Battles of Francis Pegahmagabow by Neil Grahn

We at Shadow Theatre are so excited for The Two Battles of Francis Pegahmagabow by Neil Grahn to kickstart our 2024/2025 season. Co-directed by Christine Frederick and John Hudson, Garret Smith stars as Francis Pegahmagabow, a man that the playwright describes as “one of the most remarkable individuals that has ever fought for, and against our country.” Our production follows the life and times of the man who would one day become the most decorated Indigenous soldier in Canadian history.

The show runs from November 6th-24th, and we would love to extend an invitation to Indigenous patrons, especially elders and veterans, to attend our November 8th performance for FREE! Performance sponsored by Veterans’ Affairs Canada. This show will resonate with Indigenous guests, and we want to make the show accessible to all.

Call or email Karen Brown Fournell at (780) 434-5564 or generalmanager@shadowtheatre.org to book your complimentary tickets today!

Can’t make the November 8th show? No worries! We also offer group rates, Pay-What-You-Will performances, and Two-for-One nights!
