In the wake of the stunning news that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have split, fans are looking back at recent social media posts of theirs. While Kidman has posted quite frequently in the past few months, it has been a while since one of her Instagram posts included Urban. Sadly, that particular post seems quite bittersweet now.
On June 25, Kidman posted a black-and-white photo on Instagram and Facebook that showed her with Urban. “Happy Anniversary Baby,” she wrote in the caption, with a red-heart emoji.
Both Kidman and Urban had their eyes closed as they snuggled close to one another and smiled. One of her hands was wrapped around his neck as she leaned on his shoulder.
Fans wished the couple a happy anniversary and thought the photo was adorable.
One Facebook user commented, “I’m Happy for her, after her other one,” seemingly referring to Kidman’s ex-husband, Tom Cruise.
“So happy you both found your ‘soul mates,'” another fan commented.
Someone else shared, “You are loved by so many. I admire your relationship. I see how you look at each other when you are together, and I see the passion in each kiss.”
That commenter continued, “It fills me with hope that I too can find a man who loves me the way Keith loves Nicole! Nicole loves Keith back fiercely too. Her commitment is evident in the loving way she led Keith into recovery.”
On the Instagram post, one of Kidman’s fans wrote, “You guys… Feeling the love from here… have a fabulous day!”
Another commented, “I love you two so much. You’re the Hollywood couple that made it!!”
An Facebook post shared by Kidman on August 19 included a string of photos representing her “Summer memories.” While her daughters were in a number of the photos, it did not appear that Urban was with them, nor was he mentioned.
