Tim Bowes has been named Senior Director of Asset Management. In his new role, Bowes will focus on leading performance across Noble’s upscale select-service hotel portfolio and collaborate with operating teams to implement strategies to enhance asset value. Bowes brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a background in operations, revenue optimization, and performance strategy. His previous positions include roles at Hospitality Investors Trust and senior positions at Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.

These appointments are part of Noble’s strategy to strengthen its leadership team and improve its operational capabilities across its investment platforms. The firm, which has been active in the travel and hospitality real estate sector for over three decades, manages a portfolio that includes more than $6.0 billion invested across the United States.
