Nobu Hospitality has partnered with United Real Estate Company and Dhaliliyah Company to develop its first serviced residences and restaurant in Kuwait, located in Hessah Plaza.

Nobu Hospitality has announced a partnership with United Real Estate Company (URC) and Dhaliliyah Company to establish its first serviced residences and restaurant in Kuwait. The development will be situated in Hessah Plaza, part of the Hessah District Project in Kuwait City.

The project will include 90 serviced residences and a Nobu restaurant offering views of the Arabian Gulf. The development will also feature meeting and event spaces. This marks Nobu Hospitality’s entry into the Kuwaiti market, expanding its presence in the Middle East.

Hessah Plaza, where the development will be located, is designed as a retail and dining destination within the larger Hessah District. The district is intended to be a hub for living, dining, shopping, and social activities.

The partnership aims to enhance the appeal of Hessah District as a destination for both residents and visitors. The collaboration with URC and Dhaliliyah Company is part of a broader strategy to attract international hospitality brands to Kuwait, positioning the area as a regional center for luxury living and hospitality.

The timeline for completing the development has not been specified. However, the project is part of ongoing efforts to develop Hessah District into a prominent location for exclusive living and cultural experiences.
