Nobu Hospitality plans to open a hotel and restaurant in Nashville’s East Bank district as part of the Oracle campus development.

Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to open a new hotel and restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee. The development will be located along the Cumberland River in the East Bank district, which is part of the broader Oracle campus project. The hotel will feature 120 rooms and suites designed in collaboration with the architectural firm Foster + Partners.

The hotel will include a Nobu restaurant on the lobby level, offering a menu of signature dishes. Additional amenities will include meeting and event spaces, a lobby café, a fitness center, and a spa. A rooftop pool will provide views of the Nashville skyline and surrounding areas.

The Nobu Hotel Nashville’s location is designed to provide convenient access to downtown Nashville and its notable attractions, including Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Nissan Stadium. The development aims to integrate with the city’s cultural and culinary scene.

The project is part of Nobu Hospitality’s ongoing expansion efforts, marking its entry into the Nashville market. The company has not disclosed the expected completion date for the hotel.
