Nobu Hotel Toronto, a project of Nobu Hospitality, will open in June 2025 and is now accepting reservations. This follows the success of the Nobu Toronto restaurant, which opened in August 2024, and the rapid selling out of its luxury residences.
Nobu Hospitality, founded by renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy Award winner Robert De Niro, and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, marries modern luxury and minimalist Japanese tradition in its lifestyle hotels. This 36-room and suite hotel promises to become an urban sanctuary in Toronto, providing a private retreat for those who prefer to retreat from the public eye.
Positioned on the 41st to 45th floors of a mixed-use property, Nobu Hotel Toronto stands 45 stories tall in downtown Toronto’s lively Entertainment District, a stone’s throw from the Toronto International Film Festival. The hotel’s strategic location is within walking distance of the city’s key shopping, live theatre, sports, and entertainment venues. It also offers proximity to major landmarks such as the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Union Station, and Toronto Harbourfront.
The hotel’s 36 exclusive rooms and suites offer a blend of Japanese-inspired design and Canadian craftsmanship. They showcase panoramic views of Lake Ontario and the city skyline.
Benoit Pretet, General Manager of Nobu Hotel Toronto, anticipates that the hotel will significantly add to the city’s luxury hotel landscape. He adds that its prime location and proximity to cultural landmarks like TIFF will make Nobu Hotel Toronto the city’s urban oasis.
The hotel offers several unique features, including a complimentary mini-bar stocked with local treats and non-alcoholic refreshments, priority restaurant access to Nobu Toronto, a private Sakura Lounge exclusively for hotel guests with complimentary full breakfast and all-day dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center, Japanese Deep Soaking Wood Tub, and in-room dining featuring signature Nobu-style dishes.
In celebration of the hotel’s official debut, guests are invited to book a limited-time offer that includes daily full breakfast in Sakura Lounge, complimentary in-room mini-bar, hotel credit, valet parking, room upgrade based on availability at the time of arrival, guaranteed dinner reservations at Nobu Toronto at the time of hotel booking, and a welcome amenity.
Future guests can make their reservations online through the Nobu Hotel Toronto website for dates starting from June 1, 2025.
