Nobu Hospitality has announced the debut of Nobu Hotel, Residences, and Restaurant Maldives, located on the private island of Munyafushi in Laamu Atoll, developed in partnership with Sarat International.
Nobu Hospitality will launch its first project in the Maldives with Nobu Hotel, Residences, and Restaurant Maldives on the private island of Munyafushi in Laamu Atoll, in partnership with Sarat International.
The resort will feature 26 one- and two-bedroom beach villas and 30 one- and two-bedroom overwater villas, each reflecting Nobu’s signature style with clean lines, natural textures, and a calming color palette. The development will also include 10 Nobu Island Estate Residences, each on its own private island, offering private beachfronts, direct ocean access, private yachts, and access to Nobu’s hospitality, dining, and resort amenities. These residences are accessible by boat to the hotel’s restaurants, spa, fitness facilities, and curated experiences.
A Nobu restaurant will be located on its own private island within the development, featuring a bar and lounge and serving Chef Nobu’s Japanese Peruvian cuisine. Additional amenities will include a full-service spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a diving center, tennis courts, event spaces, and a main swimming pool.
Architecture and interiors will draw inspiration from Nobu’s Japanese heritage, with angular forms and a harmonious integration with the island’s landscapes and ocean views.
Sarat International has appointed Engr. Abdulaziz Bin Mohammed Alkhudair, as Chief Advisor, is partnering with Sarat Investments on the project.
