MGM Resorts International will rebrand NoMad Las Vegas as The Reserve at Park MGM, with the transition set to be completed by December 17.

MGM Resorts International has announced that NoMad Las Vegas will undergo a rebranding process to become The Reserve at Park MGM. The transition is scheduled to be finalized by December 17. The property, which includes 293 rooms and suites, will continue to operate under its current management while adopting new branding.

As part of the rebranding, several venues within the property will also receive new identities. The NoMad Pool will be renamed The Terrace Pool, the NoMad Library will become The Library, and the NoMad Bar will be rebranded as The Reserve Bar. These changes are part of MGM Resorts’ efforts to refresh the property’s offerings while maintaining its existing service standards.

In a strategic move, The Reserve at Park MGM is expected to join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection in early 2026. This development is part of MGM Resorts’ long-term licensing partnership with Marriott International, which includes the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy. Once the transition is complete, Marriott Bonvoy members will be able to book stays at The Reserve at Park MGM on Marriott’s platform and earn or redeem points.

The inclusion of The Reserve at Park MGM will expand the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy to 13 destinations along the Las Vegas Strip. This collection already features properties such as Bellagio, ARIA Resort & Casino, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

Starting December 17, reservations for The Reserve at Park MGM can be made through MGM Resorts’ website and the MGM Rewards app. This rebranding effort is part of MGM Resorts’ broader strategy to enhance its portfolio and align with Marriott’s global network.
