  • The forthcoming Oasis tour is driving a significant increase in hotel occupancy rates across Europe, with Cardiff leading at a 73.6% booking level.
  • Cardiff is seeing the most significant impact from the tour despite being the smallest hotel market, while the largest market, London, is experiencing the smallest.

The upcoming Oasis tour, set to commence eight months from now, is already considerably impacting hotel bookings across Europe. Data from CoStar, a leading online real estate marketplace, reveals a surge in hotel occupancy rates due to the tour, particularly in the UK and Ireland.

The band is scheduled to perform 19 times across Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin from July to September 2025. Cardiff is currently showing the highest occupancy level, peaking at 73.6% on 4 July 2025, the highest booking level for the year so far. Manchester follows with a 61.2% booking level for 19 July 2025.

Thomas Emanuel, senior director at STR, expressed enthusiasm for the business the Oasis reunion concerts are bringing to the hotel industry. The trend of increased hotel occupancy during major concerts, as seen during Taylor Swift’s Eras tour, is expected to continue with the Oasis tour.

Despite having the smallest hotel market, Cardiff is experiencing the largest impact from the tour. Conversely, London, the city with the largest market, has the lowest booking levels. The highest occupancy rates for Edinburgh and Dublin are 55.7% and 47.4% respectively.

The band will also perform in Canada, the U.S., and South America after the European leg of the tour. Toronto, the first city on this leg, is already showing a significant increase in booking levels at 20.4%.
