She’s still got it!

Shawn Johnson—an Olympic gold medalist—completed the Spider-Man Challenge and posted the video on Instagram to prove it.

On July 16, Johnson, who is now a mom of three, defied gravity by flipping herself into a handstand and placing her feet on a nearby wall, mimicking a move that Spider-Man might do.

“Hahahaha. Tag someone you want to try this!!!” Johnson captioned the post. In the comments section she tagged Spiderman stars Tom Holland and Zendaya to weigh in on her form.

Fans were super impressed by Johnson’s physique at age 34.

“Only a trained gymnast lol the rest of us would be in the ER with a broken nose and teeth from kissing that brick lol,” one person wrote.

“You need to put a ‘do not try this at home’ warning because you made that look WAY TOO easy,” someone else said.

“That IS INSANE!!!!” a third comment read.

“I pull my neck just sitting up in the morning…so i’ll just leave this to you,” a fourth Instagram user added.

Johnson rose to fame as one of Team USA’s top gymnasts during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. At just 16 years old, she won four Olympic medals—gold on the balance beam and silver in the individual all-around, team, and floor exercise competitions—cementing her place as one of the most accomplished American gymnasts of her generation. Johnson was also the 2007 World all-around champion before retiring from competitive gymnastics in 2012 after an attempted comeback.

Johnson and her husband, Andrew East, often take on internet challenges together and post the results on social media. For the Spider-Man Challenge, however, East couldn’t help but be impressed by his wife’s skills, though he didn’t seem remotely eager to give it a go himself.
