The Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, Colorado, has recently completed a comprehensive renovation, enhancing every aspect of the guest experience. The project, which began in 2019, involved redesigning the reception, terrace, guest rooms, coffee shop, restaurant, and bar. The hotel now offers a blend of modern design and Colorado charm.
All 390 guest rooms have been renovated, featuring custom-designed furnishings, nature-inspired color schemes, and high-quality amenities. Each room offers views of either the Rockies or the green Front Range and is equipped with gear storage, activity tables, flat-screen TVs, and spacious bathrooms.
The hotel’s dining offerings have been revamped with five distinct experiences focusing on local ingredients. The Camper provides a brunch experience with comfort food, while Shep’s offers a relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy Colorado-inspired dishes and local craft beer. Trail & Trade offers hand-crafted coffees and local beverages, Fairways Restaurant offers casual dining with panoramic views, and the H20 Poolside Bar & Grill offers refreshments and meals by the pool.
Guests can enjoy upgraded recreational facilities, including a modern fitness center, a 27-hole championship golf course, spa treatments at Mokara Spa, and updated pool areas. The hotel has also expanded its meeting and event spaces to 40,000 square feet, including 9,000 square feet of outdoor space.
