One&Only Resorts has introduced its Private Homes Rental Program, featuring a new community of private homes at the iconic One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius. The initiative, which will launch in April, is part of the company’s strategy to cater to the rising demand for ultra-luxury and multi-generational living within exclusive and personalized spaces.
Located in some of the most appealing destinations worldwide, One&Only’s Private Homes offers an unparalleled lifestyle for influential individuals. The expansion to Mauritius follows existing properties in Mexico, Montenegro, Montana (USA), Greece, and Dubai.
The Private Homes at One&Only Le Saint Géran, now available for rentals, are standalone villas offering two to six bedrooms, swimming pools, yoga platforms, and spacious indoor-outdoor living spaces. The homes’ design is in sync with their surroundings, celebrating Mauritius’ natural, cultural, and culinary delights.
In addition to luxurious accommodations, the community also features RIVA, a newly launched dining concept serving classic coastal dishes with an authentic Italian flair. This venue offers a sophisticated poolside bar and dining experience enhanced by the beauty of the Indian Ocean.
The Private Homes Rental Program aims to foster deeper connections among family and friends and serve as a gateway to the local culture. It offers unique experiences reserved solely for Private Home guests, such as cooking classes with the resort’s Executive Chef, artist residencies at One&Only Aesthesis, or diving adventures at One&Only Kéa Island.
Guests of the Private Homes enjoy privileges during their stay, including access to One&Only resort restaurants, amenities, spa, daily housekeeping, and turn-down services. A designated host ensures a seamless experience, from pre-arrival planning to arranging in-villa dining, laundry, grocery, and transportation services.
Alongside One&Only Le Saint Géran, the program also offers exclusive residences to rent at One&Only Mandarina in Mexico, One&Only Aesthesis and One&Only Kéa Island in Greece, and One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro. Plans include adding One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, USA, to the portfolio.
