If you’ve ever dreamed of being in a major ad campaign but don’t have any experience, this Ontario casting call might be your moment.

A new opportunity from Dove is looking for regular everyday women in the province to star in an upcoming skincare campaign — and it pays up to $3,000 (or potentially more) for just one day on set. Whether you’re browsing casting calls in Toronto or anywhere else in Ontario, this one’s worth checking out — but you’ll have to act fast.

According to the casting call from Milo Casting, the team is looking for “vibrant and energetic women who are comfortable in their own skin” to represent Dove in print and/or video ads.

The catch? You can’t be a professional model or actor. Dove is sticking to its usual vibe of celebrating real everyday people — which means no reality TV or beauty pageant contestants either.

This means applicants also can’t be a member of a union like ACTRA or AABP. “You must NOT be an actor or model, nor have any prior professional experience in front of camera,” the casting call says. “Simply looking for women with great energy!”

The casting call, which was posted on Tuesday, says the photoshoot is scheduled for sometime this week, which means applicants will want to move fast. While there’s no hard deadline listed for submissions, the timing suggests they’re casting ASAP.

There’s also a potential second shoot in mid-April for video, and those selected will be paid extra if they’re needed again. If selected, participants will earn between $1,000 and “$3,000+” if they’re featured in the final campaign.

For this campaign, Dove is specifically looking for women who are roughly 40 to 55 years old. They’re seeking women of all ethnicities and body types, but are particularly interested in “curvy, full-figured or plus-sized” women as well as those with “grey or greying hair.” Applicants must live in Ontario to be eligible.

If you apply, you’ll be asked to submit a few simple full-body photos wearing a tank top and shorts (no professional shots — phone photos are fine!), as well as an optional short video introducing yourself and talking about what you love about your body. Sharing any experience you’ve had with perimenopause is also encouraged.

You can apply online through the casting call here. Just don’t wait too long — that shoot date is right around the corner!
