Allianz Partners’ analysis of over 1.3 million itineraries reveals Orlando, Florida, and Cancun, Mexico, as the leading domestic and international Spring Break destinations for U.S. travelers in 2026, with beach locations and major cities dominating travel plans.

Allianz Partners has released its annual Top Spring Break Destinations report, analyzing more than 1.3 million itineraries purchased by U.S. customers for Spring Break 2026. The analysis reviewed itineraries booked between February 21, 2026, and April 19, 2026, by travelers who purchased trips and travel insurance through partners offering Allianz Partners coverage.

The data shows Americans are planning Spring Break trips with a strong preference for warm-weather destinations, beaches, and cities offering a variety of attractions. Both domestic and international travel remain popular, with several destinations consistently ranking among the top choices.

For domestic travel, Orlando, Florida, is the most popular destination for Spring Break 2026, followed by Phoenix, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Florida cities dominate the top ten, with Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Fort Myers, and Tampa also included. Other major cities in the top ten are New York City, Los Angeles, and Honolulu.

Major global cities, including London, Tokyo, and Paris, appear in the top ten for travelers seeking longer-haul trips.
