Outbound Sedona, located minutes from Uptown Sedona, will feature 138 rooms, including king rooms, bunk rooms, and the Serenity Suite. Select accommodations will offer patios, fireplaces, and kitchenettes. The property was designed in partnership with The Gettys Group and will incorporate modern Pueblo-inspired architecture and design elements referencing the surrounding red rock landscape.

The Spa at Outbound Sedona, the first spa for the Outbound Hotels brand, is scheduled to open on May 15. The spa will include four treatment rooms, a retail and lobby space, an outdoor adults-only pool, a dry sauna, and a cold plunge.

The property will include Moonwater, a two-tiered pool area with hot tubs, fire pits, and views of Bell Rock. Moonwater will offer food and beverage service during the day and host evening events, including “Moonwater Sessions,” a music experience held on select evenings.

A signature restaurant, Lucida, is being developed in partnership with Folkart Management. Lucida will feature indoor-outdoor dining and a menu featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, including dishes such as prickly pear parfaits and mesquite salmon.

Outbound Sedona will offer wellness and adventure programming, including an on-site Gear Garage for trail equipment and four courts for tennis and pickleball. The property will also serve as a stop on the Verde Shuttle, a complimentary hop-on, hop-off service connecting visitors to Sedona trailheads and viewpoints.
