Paradisus La Perla, an adults-only all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya, has officially received the WITT Certified Seal, making it the first property within the Meliá Hotels International portfolio to achieve this global wellness certification.
The WITT certification is awarded following an evaluation process that assesses more than 100 criteria across the Five Pillars of Wellness: Healthy Eating, Holistic Healing, Nature, Movement, and Local Impact.
Paradisus La Perla’s expanded wellness concept debuted in full in May 2026. The resort features 393 suites, including 58 swim-up suites, 148 The Reserve suites, and two The Reserve Presidential Suites. The property combines ancestral Mayan traditions with modern longevity and recovery practices focused on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The wellness experience is structured around four pillars: Move, Nourish, Rest & Recover, and Mind & Connect, delivered through a daily Holistic Wellness Program that includes movement, mindfulness, recovery, and conscious living workshops.
Signature wellness offerings at the resort include Red Light Yoga, Disco Spinning, Reformer Pilates by Technogym, and Breathing & Ice Plunge sessions inspired by the Wim Hof Method. The property also features a dedicated Longevity Suite with vibroacoustic loungers, binaural sound technology, PEMF therapy, compression recovery, and red-light treatments.
Additional wellness options include Face Space by Comfort Zone, a skincare concept, and curated Wellness Plans such as Calm & Rebalance, Endurance & Longevity, and Enrich & Discovery. These plans provide guests with integrated fitness, spa, mindfulness, nutrition, destination-led cultural experiences, and in-room wellness rituals.
Paradisus La Perla has partnerships with wellness and performance brands including Technogym, Therabody, Comfort Zone, Wim Hof Method, BetterMe, SUDA, and Knesko Skin. The resort’s all-inclusive amenities include dining at six restaurants and eight bars, 24-hour room service, a personalized mini bar, evening cocktails and snacks, Destination Concierge service for The Reserve guests, an immersive local cenote experience, private seasonal heated pools with a swim-up bar, an exclusive beach area, and a fitness center.
The property also features YHI Spa, which offers 16 treatment rooms, heated treatment cabins, a water ritual, sauna and steam room, and a healthy beverage bar. The spa is inspired by Mayan traditions and is designed for relaxation and renewal.
