Five Below is known as the “fun store” for a very obvious reason—they sell the cutest stuff. They stock a lot of little trinkets that are far from being a “need,” but just make people happy. Like their nostalgic graphic tees and sweet pajama separates.

And there are also those themed-goodies that parents find themselves racing to Five Below to buy before they sell out. If it’s Bluey, Aristocats or Stitch, whatever it is will be gone in a flash. Which is why the retailer is having such a hard time keeping one furry item in particular in stock.

Five Below’s Licensed Furry Scrunchies are selling like hotcakes. At just $5 a pop, they make it so easy for kids to feel like they’re “dressing up,” even if it just means putting one of these adorable scrunchies in their hair. Instantly you can have a Minnie Mouse bow and ears or Bluey’s little dog ears. At one time there was even an Olaf version (since sold out) that had his face on it, along with little sticks popping up from the top.

Licensed Furry Scrunchies, $5 at Five Below

Of course these aren’t just for kids—adults can wear them, too. That’s kind of the beauty of Five Below—anyone can be a fan of anything when they enter that store, and walk out with something that makes them smile.

Which Character Scrunchies Are Available at Five Below?

Right now the characters they have in stock include Bluey, Marie from The Aristocats, Minnie Mouse, Shrek and Stitch. But as you click on each one you’ll see that stock is limited because shoppers keep buying these up so quickly.

Personally, I hope they add more characters. My daughter would absolutely lose it if there was ever a KPop Demon Hunters scrunchie featuring Rumi’s iconic braid. Or maybe variations on the Stitch and Bluey scrunchies timed for the winter holidays. I have plenty of ideas Five Below, so call me.
