PATA and Euromonitor International Extend Agreement to Provide Data Insights for Asia Pacific Travel Sector

PATA has renewed its partnership with Euromonitor International to provide analytical content and data-driven insights for tourism stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) announced on January 13, 2026, the renewal of its preferred partnership with Euromonitor International. The agreement continues the collaboration between the two organizations to deliver data analysis and market insights for the Asia-Pacific tourism industry.

As part of the renewed partnership, Euromonitor International will contribute a dedicated analytical article to each edition of the PATA Asia Pacific Destination Forecasts 2026–2028 reports. Each report will include a four- to five-page article featuring data-driven economic analysis and global trends relevant to the region’s tourism sector.

The collaboration will also include a forecast webinar that provides PATA members and industry professionals with additional context and explanation of the data and its implications for strategic planning in the tourism industry.

PATA and Euromonitor International have announced plans to explore further opportunities for joint initiatives to provide enhanced data and analysis to members and the wider tourism sector in the Asia-Pacific region.

The renewed partnership is intended to support industry stakeholders in making informed decisions by providing access to comprehensive data and forward-looking analysis. The agreement comes at a time when the tourism industry in Asia Pacific is experiencing ongoing changes and requires updated information to address market dynamics.

No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed. The agreement builds on a prior collaboration between the two organizations, with a focus on supporting evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning for tourism destinations and businesses across the region.

The PATA Asia Pacific Destination Forecasts 2026–2028 reports and accompanying webinars are scheduled for release in line with PATA’s annual publication timeline. Further details on additional collaborative projects between PATA and Euromonitor International will be announced as they are confirmed.
