Hospitality America, a hotel development company, is gearing up for expansion with the appointment of Paul Isaacson as its new Chief Financial Officer. This strategic move comes at a crucial time as the company prepares to open several new hotel developments and focuses on enhancing its financial systems.

Isaacson, a hospitality executive with 30 years of experience, is known for his financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and deep understanding of hotel asset management. He has a master’s degree in finance and a successful track record in leveraging technology for financial leadership.

Before joining Hospitality America, Isaacson served as Senior Vice President for CBRE Hotels Advisory in Atlanta, providing consulting, valuation, and advisory services to diverse clients. He has also held high-ranking positions in other organizations, including Watermark Capital Partners and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

His responsibilities included financial planning and reporting, asset management, transactions, debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Isaacson’s ability to transform vision into execution has been demonstrated through his leadership of high-performing teams, negotiation of complex deals, and implementation of investment strategies that consistently enhance stakeholder returns and long-term profitability.

Over the next few months, Isaacson plans to acquaint himself with the Sage accounting system and oversee its integration with the company’s business intelligence solution. He aims to improve communication at the investment level, mitigate risks, and protect the company’s investments.

Outside of work, Isaacson is known to enjoy spending time with his family and friends, staying active with running and golf, and attending sporting events and live concerts. He also enjoys traveling to new places.
