PRISM Names Lia Prendergast Vice President of Expansion for Europe and Middle East

PRISM has appointed Lia Prendergast as Vice President of Expansion for Europe and the Middle East. In this role, Prendergast will focus on developing and scaling PRISM’s upscale aparthotel and hotel portfolio across the region through long-term lease structures and acquisitions. She will work closely with the company’s senior global leadership team to expand PRISM’s operated hospitality platform throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Prendergast brings experience in hospitality, operations, and real estate. Most recently, she advised Bob W on European expansion. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Real Estate, EMEA, and General Manager for the UK and Ireland at Sonder, where she helped scale the EMEA platform to approximately 2,700 live units across seven countries.

Prendergast holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has held strategy roles at McArthurGlen Group, Tesco PLC, and PwC. Based in London, she will focus on expanding PRISM’s footprint in key gateway and high-growth urban markets throughout Europe and the Middle East.
